Aquanita offers a full money back gaurentee on all faulty or incorrectly filled orders. Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns based on a change of mind.
To process a claim you must make contact with Aquanita in writing either by email, fax or post within 48 hours of the physical receipt of goods purchased stating the reason for the claim (i.e. faulty product, incorrect size, incorrect item etc). The item for which you are claiming a return must be returned at your own expense within 7 days of Aquanita receiving your email, fax or letter.
Aquanita will issue you with replacement items or if these are not in stock with a credit to the value of your returned goods. The credit can only be used at Aquanita for substitute items available on its merchandise catalogue and is only valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Examples of all merchandise products are available on the Aquantia web site www.aquantia.com.au.
All returned items must be received in an unused condition with all packaging and contents intact. Postage on the replacement item/s will be at Aquanita expense providing the cause for the return was something Aquanita was responsible for.
Your initial postage costs and those required to send replacement items will be refunded by Aquanita if the products you ordered were faulty or incorrectly delivered. When returning goods we recommend you use registered post. Aquanita will not be held responsible for any items that go missing during delivery back to us.
